Vivot Craft Café was born from a simple dream: to create a space that feels like home - warm, intentional, and full of heart. In a fast-moving world, we wanted to slow things down. Every drink here is more than just a recipe; it’s a craft, a story, and a moment to savor.

The name Vivot means ‘to evolve’ in Khmer (Cambodian), and that meaning is at the heart of our culture. We believe in constantly growing, striving each day to become the best version of ourselves, and elevating the way we live and connect. When we opened our doors in Downtown Fullerton, our vision went beyond serving matcha and coffee. We set out to build a community.
